icloud icon popping up

icloud warning (usually that synchronisation with photos has paused) keeps popping up on my computer. This has suddenly started to happen just recently. Cannot find a way to stop it. Does anybody have a (simple) way of stopping this.

Is your device plugged in to power, connected to WiFi, and locked?

icloud icon with exclamation point Hi, I have a text clipping file in my trash that I cannot get rid of. It has an iCloud icon with exclamation point inside next to the file name, and keeps reappearing after I empty the trash, both with or without the option key pressed. I am guessing this means that it is in iCloud somewhere, but I can't figure out where. I'd really like to get rid of the file. Any clues where I can find this or how it can be trashed? Thanks.

icloud drive exclamation mark in circle? when I use files in my ipad, there is an exclamation mark in a circle next to the iCloud Drive. It doesn’t show up in any other device and I definitely don’t have any issues with storage space. Any ideas what it means ?

iCloud for Windows 10 keeps popping up iCloud keeps popping up about every 30 minutes. It does not give me any messages or prompts and it is not asking me to sign in. If it is trying to warn me about something it's not telling me what. I've been using iCloud for years and this just started within the past month. I have about 1.6 GB of storage out of 5 GB free. It was suggested to go to Settings -> System -> Notifications & Actions and disable Notifications for iCloud, but iCloud is not in that list of Apps.
