iCloud for Windows 10 keeps popping up

iCloud keeps popping up about every 30 minutes. It does not give me any messages or prompts and it is not asking me to sign in. If it is trying to warn me about something it's not telling me what.

I've been using iCloud for years and this just started within the past month.

I have about 1.6 GB of storage out of 5 GB free.

It was suggested to go to Settings -> System -> Notifications & Actions and disable Notifications for iCloud, but iCloud is not in that list of Apps.

Windows, Windows 6

I was not getting a prompt to log in. However I did sign out which caused iCloud to hang. After rebooting the computer and signing in again the problem seems to be resolved. Thanks SnickZ.

Hello Brian1797.

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you keep receiving a prompt to sign into iCloud on your PC. We will be glad to assist.

Let's sign out then back into iCloud to see if that helps.

Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac

"Sign out of iCloud for Windows

  1. Open iCloud for Windows.
  2. Click Sign out."

Cheers.
