My wife’s iPhone 12 is stuck on home page, will not respond to the apps other than to ask if she wants to delete the app plus we can’t turn the phone off to reboot by holding the buttons on either side. Can anybody help with suggestions?
My wife’s iPhone 12 is stuck and won’t respond to any apps, other than to ask if she wants to remove the app, plus we can’t turn off the phone to reboot by holding the buttons on both sides. Any suggestions?
