My Apple ID has been blocked and I ca't reset my password

Hi friend’s

I have Apple ID only for AppStore and iTunes, account is blocked, I can’t reset my password because someone else is using my account.

What can I do to gain access to my account.

You can't change the password because you don't know the password?


For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.
