Upgraded iCloud, Phone crashed overnight, Lost all Files

Hey!

So long story short: yesterday I upgraded my iCloud plan and then clicked for my phone to be backed up (and supposedly it did, as there was this progress bar).

What happened is that during the night my iPhone crashed - when I woke up this morning I couldn't launch any app, and when I forced it to reset, it ended up on an endless rebooting... until I had to put it into DFU recover mode.

I didn't care much about files, because supposedly yesterday after upgrading my iCloud storage plan, I backed up all my files. But it turns out that after this DFU recover operation, none of my photos were backed up...

Any idea what may have happened? I checked my iCloud online (browser) and nothing is there either...
