Air Pod default name

Has any one noticed the N word as the default name for a new Air Pod ..

we gifted my son with a new AirPod purchased at Costco and when he tried pairing with his IPhone it popped up with a default name N word..

This is very disappointing to see discrimination from Apple ... trying to get some answers
