I updated my watch OS to latest as well as my iPhone iOS to latest 14.3. After which my watch stopped working and when I do forced restart I see the reset option running in loop. Looks like many are facing the same issue. Apple support needs to solve this issue.

To remove Activation lock and erase watch;
On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Go to Find Iphone.
Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase Apple Watch.
Select Next until the device is erased.
Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.

I left my watch to drain the battery completely and then plugged my charger and guess what, I started to the charging screen and after sometime, I was able to pair my watch.
Apple support and apple authorized support told me its a hardware issue though I said it is a software issue. They did not even listen to me. If only I had listened to them, my watch would be just paper weight!!!!!!
Still no luck.. I still the erase all content and settings running in infinite loop.
