New iPhone power button stuck + black "restore" screen

We know you're eager to start using it, and we're glad to help with the issue of not being able to restore because the power button is stuck.

Let's isolate a little.

• Do you have a protective case on your iPhone that might be preventing the side button from being pushed properly? If yes, remove the case, and see if you can finish the restore process.
• Is the side button not able to be pushed in? Is it able to be pushed, but just not doing what you expect it to?
• Are you able to force restart following the instructions here:
