iPhone 7 repeatedly crashing and rebooting - heavy battery usage

The last few days my iPhone 7 (on iOS 14.3) has been repeatedly crashing and rebooting itself. I worked with a chat rep at Apple Support to force a reload of the update - didn't fix it. I removed and replaced the SIM card - didn't fix it. I checked analytics and removed an app that had multiple entries - didn't fix it. Analytics has LOTS of logs, but I don't know how to read them.

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

In Settings>Battery>Battery Health, what's listed for Maximum Capacity?

If it's under 80%, you likely need a new battery.

No, I've had no message about the battery - yes I had Apple do the installation. When it reboots itself the message I was getting is that a cellular update failed - but there is no cellular update to install. When I manually reboot it finds the carrier - it's a little slow about it but it finds it. Now most of the time it just reboots without that message, but it has shown up a couple of times. Just saw your earlier message about setting up the phone as new. Guess I'll try that. I've tried about everything else. Thank you for taking so much time on my problem!

It's the only phone I have - fortunately, my husband also has a phone so we're not totally without. I'm going to try Lyssa's suggestion of setting it up as a new phone without my Apple ID and see what happens. I'm starting to think it's hardware and I need a new one.
