How do I get stuff off my old SIM card to my new iphone

I’m trying to get the stuff from my daughters iPhone 6s to her iPhone 11 by switching sim cards

No staff to be transferred on any SIM card.

Start here and choose your preferred (doable) method:--> Transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
