why can't i access my apple id on two of three devices

My daughters old ipad seems to be her primary for her apple id - her phone and new ipad Air are not allowing her to access her apple ID or purchases etc. I need to wipe and return her old ipad mini but am afraid to do that until she is able to access her profile on her other devices.

Contact Apple Support:

If her phone cannot iPad Air are not allowing her to access her Apple ID or purchases, then contact Apple Support, ASAP. They'll run you through the fix. Use the following information to ask Apple a question directly:

Why the Wait:

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, calls and chats are taking a bit linger to get through. And, that makes sense, because many are at home working out-of-the-house or are taking classes over-the-web, this they have more time on their hands to contact Apple Support. So, it might take a bit to get through to Apple Support. But, just stay on the line, and someone will be with you. :)
