how do I set up my mac book pro to screen shot

how do I set up my old MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) to make a screen shot with one or a few keys?

I'm running Catalina 10.15.7.

I want to be able to take a full screen shot during a Zoom session.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.15
