My cellular data usage didn’t reset for new billing cycle

How can I reset my cellular data usage so it’s back to 0? The other phone on my account reset for the new billing cycle. However my line just kept going into the next bill cycle and didn’t start over . This is the first time it’s happened. I’ve gone into at&t and they didn’t know how. So I’m at a loss

thanks

You have to reset it manually. It has never reset automatically. The phone has no idea when your billing cycle ends.

Settings>Cellular

Scroll all the way to the bottom.

Reset Statistics.

Not the statistics. I’ve tried that. It’s the data usage allowed each billing cycle. For instance last month I was allowed 16,000 MB. And by the 12 th of December I was at about 9,000MB. At midnight December 13th was supposed to start over at 0, for the next billing cycle. 12/13- 1/13. The other phone on my plan reset. However mine didn’t. It just kept going through this next billing cycle. AT&T hasn’t been able to help me with the issue. So I’m a little frustrated at this point. Can’t use phone without WIFI
