Cell data
I’m not sure when this happened but when I go to settings , cellular data I can’t change any of the apps cellular data usage and they are kind of grayish How do I fix this

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ Allow Changes ➔ Cellular Data Changes : Set this to ALLOW.
