Security & Privacy window keep poping up almost every 30minutes

From the Screen Shot in previous posting, the Location Services has not yet been Enabled at all and thus the frequent Pop ups. Just Unlocked the Padlock in lower Left of Screen Shot with the Computer Password and then put a Check Mark ( by clicking it ) in Enable Location Services. The below that choose which individual Apps by same means to give Permission to use the Location Service. Once that is done, click the Padlock ( lower left ) and done.

You're welcome! Based on the details you've given, the pop ups may be triggered by the new app fantastical calendar. When this app is open, it will try and obtain the permissions it requires for use on your Mac.

The best way to get these pop ups to stop, would be to grant the permissions using the Security & Privacy box. First, unlock the box that you see by clicking the padlock and entering your administrative password.

Then, click the checkbox beside Enable Location Services. Once this is enabled, you are able to enable the Location Services for the fantastical calendar by clicking the checkbox beside it.

Finally, lock the padlock and you're done!

It appears from the Screen Shot there are several Apps that Can Request to use Location Services but have Not Yet been given Permission ( Check Marks ) have not been applied allowing them to use Location Services.
