too many passcode attempts reset apple watch and pair again

Old iphone 7 was completely damaged in a car wreck. I got a new phone and cant remember my passcode for the apple watch. i have deleted it from my icloud account but nothing is happening.

I assume the watch is still connected to old iphone. i need to start over. I get the error "too many passcode attempts reset apple watch and pair again"

Too many password attempts. My old phone was broken and can’t see the screen. How do I pair it with my new phone? How do I pair my watch with my new iPhone if my old phone was shattered and I forgot the passcode to my watch because it has been lost for several months? The watch now says too many passcode attempts connect from iPhone.

my Apple Watch SE has a passcode and it say “Too Many Passcode Attempts Reset Apple Watch and pair again” but my Apple Watch was paired to my old phone and my old phone just stopped working. So apple I need help. my question for the community is if you have to same thing happening to you Apple Watch se how do I fix it?? The Apple Watch says “too many passcode attempts reset Apple Watch and pair again” which I can’t because my old iPhone doesn’t work anymore and I have a new phone.
