Attached is a photo of my phone turning all the white areas a blue/turquoise color. It went away after about 5 seconds and wasn’t able to be reproduced, I had the phone at about 30% brightness with night shift on

Warranty Claim! Immediately!
I know that it probably will make you unhappy since you will have to give up your phone for a minimum of at least a day or two until Apple ships out a new phone to you, but it will be worth it. Apple is near certainly going to ship out a new phone to you if you file a warranty claim about the phone.
