brand new ipad air lagging/stuttering

I BOUGHT NEW I PAD AIR 4 AND AFTER USING IT FOR 1 DAY WHEN I PLAY GAMES...THE GAMES ARE LAGGING AND MOST OF THE GAMES BECAME UNPLAYABLE....I HAVE 70 % OF STORAGE EMPLY...AND I HAVE ALSO TRIED HARD RESTARTING MY IPAD...BUT NO LUCK.... CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO??I ALSO HAVE FACTORY RESETTED MY IPAD BUT STILL THERE IS LAG WHILE GAMING.... PLEASE HELP ME...
