I’m connected to my WiFi, and when I try to install my downloaded 14.3 update. It says “Unable to Install Update”, I got this iPad 6 gen for Christmas, my mom is thinking of returning the iPad. Please help, I don’t want her money to be wasted. I tried the delete and reinstall method but it won’t work.
I have had the same problem with the same iPad 6 model.
iPad must be fully charged and have full WiFi connection.
You need to delete the current software by going into settings/general/iPad storage/ delete current storage/ backup iPad.
then log on to iTunes on a computer/laptop - connect iPad to computer with charging cable as below:

can you provide the model number
Just try again and make sure you have a decent WiFi, it may be that the servers are busy, remember there are a lot of people opening their new apple devices and updating them on the same day
