I want to get my battery replaced on my old iPhone 7 Plus but I factory reset it when I changed phones. Does anyone know if I need to set up the iPhone again to send off for a battery replacement? Or can Apple do it regardless?

The phone is displaying the welcome page and select language to set it up so it’s not set up to anyone’s Apple ID or has any data connected to anyone on the phone. I’d assume from the information from the link that this would still be fine to send off.
