Your Apple ID was used to sign in to iMessage on a MacBook Pro 13

I got an email from noreply@email.apple.com and I checked the sender so it was truly from apple. I signed in to my accaunt and it was true. Someone had signed in and it was true. So it is not a scam. It is actually an acccount which I do not use now but how can someone sign in. I had a strong password.

You might want to consider changing your password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
