stream to watch Series 6 cellular uk

Specifically bought the I watch with cellular so I can listen to the radio when out without having to take the phone as well. But when not near the phone the radio app on the watch just sticks at Loading... message.

Found an article on we that says "Open the Watch app on your iPhone, open the My Watch section, then tap on Music. " But there is no 'Music' text or icon to tap on in the list.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Phone OS iOS 14.2

Watch OS 7.2

Spent my hour trying to get this to work now, can any one help.

Even tried Spotify, but the options they show in the videos in you tube don't appear on my watch.

Starting to wonder if Apple don't support streaming to the watch in the UK???
