Sleep Tracker Sleep Stages Does Apple Series 6 watches track your sleep stages like FitBit? I only see that it records your bedtime hours.

There are several third party apps that will do sleep tracking like AutoSleep, Sleep++, and many more. Just search for them in the App Store and pick the one you like best.
