Not seeing the fitness tab on my activity app

how do I get the fitness tab on my fitness app?

iPhone 8, iOS 14

Fitness Awards section completely missing in iOS 16 After upgrading my 2020 iPhone SE to iOS 16, the Awards section in the Fitness app has completely disappeared from the Summary screen. I am still earning them and can view them all on my Apple Watch, but I can't find any trace of them in the Fitness app on my iPhone. I tried closing and relaunching the Fitness app, and power cycling my iPhone. Neither had an effect. Has anyone else encountered this and found a way to fix it?

It's automatically installed in the fitness app on the phone when you update to ios14.3.
