Fitness Awards section completely missing in iOS 16

I had this same issue and couldn’t find a solution online. I resolved it by going to my settings and going to iCloud under my Apple ID. Once I selected iCloud, I went to the section that said Apps using iCloud. Fitness+ was toggled on so I turned it off and then back on. I went in the fitness app and all my badges and activity section had appeared. Hope this helps someone!

After I updated to IOS17 had same issue. I had to restart the iPhone, then start the Fitness app and then close the Fitness app and start it. Then the Awards showed up. Using iPhone 12.

Rebooted phone and updated to 16.1 & there were the "stinking badges" which we all obviously have an addiction to:)

I turned off both my phone and watch. Powered each back up and the awards section was there .

I just followed information from another post on this thread.

Abe you gotten them back? If not try signing out of iCloud and back in.

I had the same problem, and did what this other post said. I powered off the iphone and voila, the awards show up now.

It must be an apple ios16 bug, I didn't have this issue before.

I continue to see my Fitness awards as I stated above on September 15. They’re in the same place I stated there.

I now have an iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 16.1.

Perhaps you should check:

Settings > Privacy & Security > Motion & Fitness > Fitness Tracking = “on”.

I had done a restore from iCloud backup. None of the fitness awards were visible. Scratched my head a lot. Then as mentioned here in the forum did a restart of the phone. And the awards starting appearing

I have an iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 16.

I see my awards in the Fitness app. They’re at the very bottom of the Summary tab. Scroll down to find them.

If you don’t see them there, there may be other relevant things you did but didn’t mention here (restore from a backup, for example).

I had the same issue after updating initially ISO 15.7 then to IOS 16 once the 15.7 was complete. In fitness I can see 3 limited edition challenges going back to the 22/4/17 2019 & 2021 the rest have gone? In workouts I can see all my records and when I first performed each workout? I have lost all my close ring records, Longest move streak, Perfect week, I had 21 months worth of these, perfect month etc. I have tried every thing, back up if which there was only one, I couldn't see or find any going back say 2 weeks. Health is exactly the same, although it does have some stats. I have scanned the internet for fixes and tried most of them short of factory resetting my phone to a new set up. I have a lot of info/stats saved on Strava and Garmin but it the badges /achievements I'm missing!

I had the same issue. I turned off my phone and turned it back on and they reappeared.

This worked for me as well. I restarted the phone and they came back.

Mine finally came back a few days later.

Confirm this seems to have recurred in ios17 and confirm a device restart fixed it for me
