After upgrading my 2020 iPhone SE to iOS 16, the Awards section in the Fitness app has completely disappeared from the Summary screen. I am still earning them and can view them all on my Apple Watch, but I can't find any trace of them in the Fitness app on my iPhone.
I tried closing and relaunching the Fitness app, and power cycling my iPhone. Neither had an effect.
Has anyone else encountered this and found a way to fix it?

I had this same issue and couldn’t find a solution online. I resolved it by going to my settings and going to iCloud under my Apple ID. Once I selected iCloud, I went to the section that said Apps using iCloud. Fitness+ was toggled on so I turned it off and then back on. I went in the fitness app and all my badges and activity section had appeared. Hope this helps someone!
I recently upgraded to the iPhone 14 Pro Max and all of the limited edition badges were on the phone. Updated my watch to the ios 9 and all of my limited edition badges were no longer on the phone, but still on the watch. I have done everything that has been mentioned in all of the post and still nothing. The only other option is to repair my watch. but I am scared that I will loose even more if I do that. Has anybody found a "real" fix without having to unpair/repair the watch to the phone?

Restarted and rebooted and they are still missing. I did have an email issue and working with Apple Support I did sign out of iCloud but it’s been a few hours and still nothing.

I did the recent iOS update and the limited edition badges are gone again. I had just gotten them back too.
