We understand that some keys on your Bluetooth keyboard are not working. Are you using an Apple Wireless Keyboard and Magic Keyboard compatibility with iOS devices? If so, depending on the keyboard you have, some keys may not work.


Have you also tried disconnecting and recoennecting your Bluetooth keyboard? Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
