I've been a Mac user since 1985, Toasters, I used to use Discussions all the time and once in awhile make store appointments. But this newest Apple Website doesn't is extremely unused friendly when it comes to finding a link that goes to an appointment calendar like things used to be. I went to the link above and either I missed it or it just was easy, obvious or fast to where to make an appointment. Is it because of Covid? Does Apple not want us in store right now? All I found were a ton of questions to other pages non of which had and appointment calendar.
I need a new iPhone and iPad and want to touch and feel and talk to a sales person about the details. Especially the iPhone since there are a few versions to buy from iPhone 11 to 12. Thanks <slight rant/>
WOW. At the store closest to me, it says No Availability. I've been to the store but there was a line to get in, so I thought I'd make an appointment online, so I don't have to wait. There were people in the store so I don't know why you can't make an appointment. Do you?

Keep trying on-line or try to call the store. I just checked my local store and it shows no availability also. I have never had that so I would keep trying. I am not aware if Apple has closed their stores at this time.
