Tried to reset iPhone and now is stuck

So I wanted to reset my old iPhone XR because I got a new one. So I went to setting and pressed reset all. It is now stuck, and has been like that for 4 hours.

Force restart the phone

Press and quickly release VOLUME UP
Press and quickly release VOLUME DOWN
Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears

IF the reset worked it should be at the Hello screen. If it isn’t click on this link ➡️ What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
