I would like to have the express delivery on the iPad

I ordered the express delivery for both the I Pad Pro 11' and the Apple Pencil (2nd Generation) and the express delivery only applied to the pencil. I would like to have the express delivery on the I Pad too or else I want to cancel the express delivery.

Also, so far on my credit card I was charged $190.97 + $14.69 when I should've been charged $1537.93 for both the I Pad Pro 11' and the Apple Pencil (2nd Generation) but I wasn't charged for that amount. Please assist me with this issue.
