Are there multiple Backup dates to restore an iPhone from?

Hello, I recently deleted an old work email account that was taking up my calendar. Unfortunately, when I deleted the account, I lost my contacts. In the past, I have backed up my phone to my PC. I connected my phone to my PC and again, when I connected my phone, it automatically Synced and created a new backup date/time. Is there a way to go back at least one or two indexed date/time to restore my phone from a backup? iTunes is only showing todays date/time.

Thank you for your time,

Greg

Computer backups are incremental, so only the latest one is saved. You should turn off automatic sync when you connect the phone, in iTunes preferences for the future.

iCloud backups keep the 2 most recent backups.

And, if you have a Mac you can ‘archive’ backups, which will be saved as is and then next backup will be new.

Another option, if you have a Mac and use Time Machine you can restore a previous backup to the computer from Time Machine.

It may not help, anyway, because contacts associated with an email account are not in a backup.
