iPhone XS and iPhone X Ghost Typing
My son has an issue with the ghost typing about 6-9 months ago and we called Apple Support, they could not help because it is out of warranty. We had to pay for the phone to be replaced by Verizon under their Equipment Protection Plan with Copayment of $300. This is a defect that is on all iPhone X and should be recalled or fixed for free. Now, my wife is dealing with the same issue now. This is ridiculous! Quality has gone down on Apple products.
How do you resolve this issue??? Is it Software or Hardware? Or both? I am getting annoyed.
