Iphone 12 pro max restart and shutdown continuously

Good evening to all guys I want to tell you about something strange and rare that happens on my iPhone 12 pro max ... I purchased a 12 pro max on the Apple website, I configure it as new without any backup, from the first days it restarts by itself, that is, it switches off and on again with a black screen with a washer that runs in a fraction from 2-4 seconds maximum and takes me to the lock screen, it often happens while I open the iOS camera app, while I open safari, while I'm multitasking and rarely Facebook and whatsapp, I did not give weight, I immediately thought it was a software bug, I update to version 14.2.1 , persistent problem, I do a factory reset, persistent problem, I install app by app, persistent problem, I create a new iCloud bringing with me only contacts that I cannot stay without contacts because I work there, persistent problem, I ask for a return with replacement from Apple I get a second new iPhone, after 4 days persistent problem, I update to iOS 14.3 persistent problem, I replaced phone card persistent problem, the only way I could opt was a restore no in DFU, I do this restore in dfu after 1 day again persistent problem, have you encountered something like this ?? I await your answers hoping to be able to solve this big problem. Thank you all.

No I didn’t say this, not sure where you saw that. They told me that they can’t contact you, you need to phone them and ask for the tech team, say that the engineers need to look into it.


Please let me know what they say. If they tell

you to restore, don’t do it. It doesn’t work and it clears the phone log, so they won’t be able to sort this out.

Yes me too, they said it could be a bug in the software. They don’t always occur for everyone, it could be a setting we have on and everyone else has off.


If you provide me with your email, I will see if they can check your iPhone too, maybe that way they can figure the issue out faster.


They’ve asked me to note down the exact time, date and which app I was using when it occurred.

The problem is this type of issue rarely has the same cause from phone to phone let alone within iOS over the course of multiple years.


I'm glad you're interacting with Apple Support, but there is not some single bug that has been extant for multiple years that causes this to occur, nor is it even common.


I realize that doesn't help when you are experiencing the issue, but it remains true the vast majority of iPhone owners have never had this occur.


For example, I have had an iPhone 12 Pro Max since November, an iPhone 11 Pro Max before that and an Xs Max before that, and never had what you describe occur.


Continuing to work with Apple is the best approach to getting your issue resolved.
