I've lost my iPhone but unfortunately i haven't Find my IPhone installed.
What can I do to find it?
iPhone 11, iOS 14
Telephone it and listen for its ring. Or search for it using your eyes.

No such thing. You suppose to have activated “Find My iPhone” when your first setup iPhone, you taking the lost.
Is it possible to activiate 'Find My IPhone' from my IPad?
You may activate “Find My” on your iPad, and that would enable you to find your iPad if it gets lost. It will not affect your iPhone.
