If you are referring to FaceBook Messenger app then you can download it again by using the App Store app on your iPhone. If you are referring to the Apple Messages app then you cannot delete it so it has to be somewhere on your iPhone. If you cannot find the Apple Messages app on your home screen(s) then you can SWIPE LEFT till you reach the APP LIBRARY (last screen) and look into the SOCIAL Folder. If the Messages app is in there then you can Touch and Hold it and drag it out of there and on to your favorite home screen.
