Deleting apps from iCloud

I have it set up to where if my daughter downloads an app it comes to me for permission. There have been apps I have approved that I no longer want her to have access to. Is there a way that if she tried to download again it will ask for permission? They still have the cloud next to them so it doesn’t ask for permission if she redownloads. Thanks!

erasing from the cloud I erased an App that i gave my child permission but I do not want him on it anymore. I erase it from his ipad but I know he can go to the cloud and probably download it again. Apple tells me I cannot erase any App already in the cloud. Why not? is it true?

What you're describing sounds as if it would be best to implement the following - Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support.

Then there's no way to restrict apps that are free or which she has already downloaded.

I am using that but I either have to restrict App Store altogether or it will still let her redownload apps that are in the cloud.
