I erased an App that i gave my child permission but I do not want him on it anymore. I erase it from his ipad but I know he can go to the cloud and probably download it again. Apple tells me I cannot erase any App already in the cloud. Why not? is it true?
Apps are not stored in iCloud. When they are downloaded again, it is from the App Store, not iCloud. You can hide the purchase to prevent that. See information in Hide purchases from the App Store - Apple Support
