Iphone xr haptic engine or speakers

My iphone xr recently started glitching out and it starts making some weird noises like staticy noises on both speaker and than the vibration on the phone starts being weird

iPhone speaker volume very low have and iPhone 12 from less than 2 years ago and the volume on the built-in speaker is really low. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
