Sleep Stages Data

Hey Everyone,

I am very new to the Apple Watch world. Still learning, but I love it so much. Prior to the Apple Watch I was a Fitbit Charge 2 user. The Fitbit app was awesome, and I have to admit that I miss the information that it gave me (see image)

I really am struggling to find an app that does what the Fitbit app did and with all the improvements that Apple have made recently, I am very puzzeled as to why they haven't added the above sleep cycle information to their standard Health area.

Or have they? Have I missed something?

For clarity, I am using an Apple Watch Series 6 with my iPhone XS Max.

Now I have downloaded a few apps. Darned annoying as heck to set up and confusing. MOST of them have "free trials" but are still over complicated. Fitbit sleep tracking was so easy.

So, any help that you guys can offer would be amazing. Again, I say, why Apple haven't integrated sleep cycle data into the many features that Health offer is beyond me.

I look forward to anyone's response :)

My wife has had the same experience as you have. She loves the Apple Watch as well but still mentions the sleep activity details that the Fitbit Charge provided in its app. There is an app in the App Store called AutoSleep. Both of us have it now and the information provided by the AutoSleep app has pretty much mitigated the gaps that were present in sleep details without it. It is not a free app however worth it in my opinion.
