Apple Watch not showing my rem sleep.
I have an Apple Watch Series 3 and I got it to help track my sleep and the cycles. But it’s not telling my te fine details of my sleeping, just that I was asleep. Any help would be appreciated.

This feature is unavailable on Series 3 Apple Watches since it requires watchOS 9+ and iOS 16+. You’ll need to upgrade your watch to get full sleep tracking.

See if all of the set up has been done here: Track your sleep on Apple Watch and use Sleep on iPhone - Apple Support
It does note that “sleep tracking must be enabled for at least 4 hours each night”. At 4:41, you’re a bit close.
This interesting - iOS 9+ isn’t available on a Series 3. Only series 4 and newer. Maybe you had an accidental and temporary perk. 😆
it was visible on my watch when i first bought it and I'm running a series 3 with 9.2 ios. Looks like I'll be going back to a fitbit if Apple are going to start this game !!!! :(
I’ve had 6-7 hour nights and it won’t show still. I’ve set up everything that link says.
I see. Darn, thank you!
