ICLOUD on Windows 10 / Staging Folder taking up 267gb

Hi all,

This is a question for Windows users with Icloud installed.

Has anyone found a solution to Icloud's appdata folder continuously taking up storage?

I've been reading articles/complaints on it dating back to 2014, and there doesn't seem to be any solution yet? Hopefully I'm wrong and I just missed it.

Am going to uninstall it for now, but would love to be able to use it on my PC again if there is a solution.

iCloud storage I keep getting the "your iCloud storage is about to max out at 5GB warning. I have deleted all the pictures and documents and moved them to an external drive. It says the documents stored in the upper level of your Cloud folder take up 4.2GB. How do I find the upper level of the iCloud Drive? I opened iCloud Drive in finder, I see no documents to delete??
