Mercedes connect in Apple Watch

I just changed my Apple Watch for the new one and I am trying to use Mercedes connect on it so I can start the car lock it and unlock it from the watch, it works perfectly on my phone, but when trying to use it on the watch it says “please mbrace pair a vehicle on your phone to get started” I don’t understand what I am doing wrong, can someone help?

I’m needing help on the same issue. 2020 gls450 and new Apple Watch. Trying to get the watch to do the same goodies as the phone app. At least to start and unlock the car with my watch. Let me know if you resolve and how. I will let you know if I get through as well
