Help with Find My App

My 87 year of mother has allowed me to follow her. On her phone (iPhone 11Pro) it says I can see her location, however she does not show up at all on my Find my app. (I have iPhone 11) Am I missing a setting? Thank you in advance.

Presuming that you have correctly set up Find My app, make sure that you have successfully shared your location with each other.

Thank you. Yes, I am following others so app has been set up properly. I don’t even see an “add” button on the app.
