Hi That is a scam messsage - probably from a pop up on a dodgy or compromised website, or from spam email.
You should ignore it.
DO NOT CLICK INSTALL. If you have clicked on any links on the message, and then put in any data (eg usernames or passwords) then the scammers have those details and you need to change the passwords immediately.
EDIT - just seen your not about calendars. Go to Settings>calendar>accounts, and delete anything there which looks suspect.
If you see different events in your calendar that say that you have viruses, go to Settings > Passwords and Accounts. At Calendar, if you see an unknown account, remove it. Note that this is NOT a virus.
DO NOT respond nor give any personal info to anyone.
If that scam attempt came from Calendars:
Using iOS 13:--> Settings>Passwords&Accounts>Accounts... delete the rogue calendar
Using iOS 14:--> Settings>Calendar>Accounts... delete the rogue calendar
Be more careful!

Giulio
