Scamming alert 🚨

Hello , I woke up this morning and I saw a message that my iPhone has some viruses and it has to be compromised ,so I was asked to download a vpn to avoid this compromising issue .after getting done with the vpn and I tried to use the free trial ,I noticed nothing was wrong with my phone and I also recall how could vpn solve my problem but I worried now because I have already downloaded the vpn and I’ve put on the registration by my Apple ID with its password and now I realized it’s a scammer works and I have canceled the subscription,deleted the application,change my apple password ,clear my history on safari but hope my Apple ID are still safe with me ?

Yes you got scammed.

Change your Apple ID password immediately => https://appleid.apple.com

Then activate 2 factor authentication, read here => Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

Note: Setup at least 2 trusted phone numbers, you can also use landline.
