I can’t remember the password and I don’t have the phone number anymore

I had the Apple ID signed in on my ipad 2 years ago just got my iPad back but I can’t remember the password and I don’t have the phone number anymore so I don’t know how to access it and also I’m signed in to the Apple ID but I can’t receive the code as it won’t allow new email till I sign in so I don’t know what to do

For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.
