Phone numbers split not showing caller id

Why are phone numbers showing like this? Does not show up caller id.

have tried changing location then back to uk. Tried dial assist on and off.

seems to fix it but then goes back to this

When receiving calls I do not see the name of the contact calling me, only the number I live in Germany and I have my Contacts saved in the iCloud list of my iPhone 14 pro Max. And when I receive calls from German numbers appears the name of the contact who calls me, but the numbers from Portugal do not appear to me the name only appears the number of the contact. I would like to know how do I solve this problem, thanks

Call banner showing calls from Puerto Rico even though I don't have any contacts from there I've noticed especially in the morning if I get an incoming call from someone outside of my contacts the banner shows the number and the location coming from Puerto Rico but then when I look in my recent call log it shows the call is from my local area. Even though the calls from Puerto Rico don't have an area code from PR. The calls are coming from my local area code in the DC metro. Today I got a call from a different area code and again it said it was coming from PR even though the area code from SC and was from someone I was expecting a call from. I've tried to restart my phone so we'll see if that fixes the issue based on a previous post with a similar issue.

Spaces, Hyphen or Parentheses in a Phone number depends on the International prefix or local country format.

Watch the GIF below. Note here only numbers is being input, but Spaces, Hyphen or Parentheses are added by iPhone automatically

I understand that it adds spaces etc due to location but This is how it should show up but keeps reverting back to the other way
