how to adjust / turn off apple ipencil 2 spelling correction to English on ipad air 4 when using ipencil as a text conversion tool?

How do you adjust (or turn off) the spelling-correction from Dutch to English for ipencil 2 on ipad air 4? When I’m using the ipencil in the notes app, my handwritten text in Dutch is autocorrected to English printed text (rather than Dutch printed text), which is really annoying. I have made all the correct adjustments in settings for Dutch as primary language in all the app’s including turning off the autocorrect option for keyboard, but it seems that this text conversion feature is only supported in English? There is NO option for any other language than English under settings of apple pencil for writing. Will there ever be an update for the pencil and/or ipad to correct this? Otherwise such a shame that the ipencil only seems to support the English language, when using the ipencil as a tool to convert handwritten text into type-set printed text.

This is expected behavior when you convert handwritten notes to text as the feature is only available in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese:

Thank you for your reply. I now have send feedback to Apple for a request feature to be able to turn off (adjust) the spelling correction for the ipencil-2. I’m sure users in the many other languages than English or Chinese would appreciate such an option in order to use the ipencil as a text conversion tool in their own language (even without spelling correction). Hope Apple may receive many such requests so that such a feature is made available soon :-)
