Stuck screen

My screen says

support.apple.com/iPad/restore

on the top and shows the iTunes icon with an arrow pointing to it and a plug in with the cord pointing up to it

iPad Pro 10.5-inch, Wi-Fi

it tells you that you have to use the cable you also charge with to connect the ipad to a computer with itunes installed to restore it's operating system
