My brand new Airpods Pro Max keep getting bad static noises

I would return them to apple

There is no such such device as a Airpods Pro Max

Its either

AirPods Max

or

AirPods Pro

Hi there,

I have the same problem with my new AirPods Max. Sometimes they just send static noises while listening to Apple Music, until complete silence (but the music continues playing in Apple Music).

I have to toggle the noise canceling / transparent mode button on and off, in order to listen again.

I have already tried to factory reset the AirPods, as well as reconnect as a new pair to my iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Can this be a Bluetooth issue? I have iOS 14.4 beta (18D5030e).

I would appreciate some feedback, since this is very annoying....
